Overview

This role is an HR Change/OD Specialist (from Professional Services) to join a client in Hertfordshire for 6 months. It is a high-visibility, high-impact role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will need to be in the office 3 days per week; please apply if you live within 1-.15 hours maximum of Hertfordshire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support restructures, re-organisations, and redundancies as part of organisational change programs.
• Provide strategic change management coupled with hands-on delivery to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Change/OD, preferably within Professional Services or a similar sector.

Details

• Salary: £80-100k (pro rata)
• Location: Hertfordshire, in-office 3 days per week
• Contract: 6 months
