Love helping things go smoothly? Help our client unwrap their next big success! We’re looking for a skilled Change Manager to lead a 9-month project focused on the people side of change for a world‑famous company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Change Catalyst who ensures new processes, technologies, and roles are adopted seamlessly by people.
• Act as an Independent Problem-Solver, comfortable working with minimal guidance and bringing fresh perspectives to solutions.
• Be an Influential Leader who coaches senior leaders and guides managers, helping everyone get excited about new ways of working.
• Lead with solid Prosci experience and a deep understanding of the ADKAR model to navigate organizational transitions.
• Work largely independently to solve tricky problems and keep the project moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in change management with a strong focus on people and adoption.
• Solid Prosci credentials and hands-on experience with the ADKAR model.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across the organization and coach at multiple levels.
• Comfort with on-site collaboration 2-3 days per week.
