What You’ll Do

As a CMC Consultant, you’ll work on various fast-paced programmes across private and public sectors, engaging with different clients and teams. You’ll use your interpersonal skills to build strong stakeholder relationships. Your responsibilities may include:

  1. Developing and managing change plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and local change roadmaps.
  2. Steering business change activities.
  3. Creating change communications and engagement strategies.
  4. Transitioning business change activities to business areas.
  5. Assisting clients with evolving processes and procedures.
  6. Developing stakeholder engagement plans.
  7. Leading workshops to assess change impact, stakeholder needs, and training needs.
  8. Acting as a liaison to ensure smooth implementation and benefit realization.

About you

Successful candidates will have experience in the people side of change, possibly with certifications like Prosci or familiarity with the ADKAR model. You should demonstrate:

Preferred qualifications include professional change management certifications like Prosci or ACMP. Candidates must hold active eDV clearance. Additional security checks will be conducted.
