We are recruiting for a Change Project Manager to join Octavius working on the Southern Renewals Enterprise in the Transformation team.
The Southern Renewals Enterprise (SRE) is accountable for the Southern Region's renewals programme (CP7 & CP8) and through collective expertise will develop, mobilise and deliver a £9 billion programme between 2024 – 2034.
The Southern Integrated Delivery (SID), which forms part of the SRE, is a fully integrated commercial partnership between AtkinsRéalis, Network Rail, Octavius, VolkerFitzpatrick and VolkerRail. Through our collective strength, capability and knowledge we will own and deliver the renewals programme and together we achieve and share in its success.
You'll be working on…. (what your role and responsibility is)The Change Project Manager delivers strategic change projects as part of a programme of work or portfolio, and continuous improvement plans which are designed to transform the Southern Renewals Enterprise.
With a high level of organisation and people engagement skills the role is responsible for:
- The delivery of change projects and continuous improvement plans
- Ensuring stakeholders are engaged, supportive of the projects, and it's outcomes.
- Planning, organising, and facilitating events and meetings that are part of the programme
- Monitoring and reporting progress of programmes of work
The People & Transformation team, which is part of the Functional Team of the Southern Renewals Enterprise, based out of the Puddle Dock office at London Blackfriars.
