Change Readiness Manager

New Today

Are you a Change Management professional ready to lead transformative initiatives? Are you passionate about driving organisational success through effective change strategies? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We’re looking for a Change Readiness Manager to join our Change and Service Improvement Department, where you’ll lead, support, motivate, and guide a team of Change Managers to ensure seamless implementation of change initiatives. You’ll work collaboratively, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure a unified approach to change. You’ll develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organisational goals, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.

The Change and Service Improvement Department is a high-performing, dynamic, and proactive team of change experts, including programme and project delivery, change management, business analysts, service improvement specialists, dispute resolution professionals, and a supportive Programme Management Office (PMO).

You’ll have experience leading the people side of complex changes. It would be beneficial if you’ve been involved in the integration of two organisations' systems and cultures, processes, and ways of working, or led service improvement changes, ideally within the housing sector.

No two days will be the same in this role, so a can-do attitude, high organization skills, and a genuine passion for going the extra mile are essential as you’ll be delivering high-profile projects in large, dynamic, customer-focused organisations.

You’ll be working from one of our offices at Eastleigh (SO50 6AD), Yeovil (BA22 8WN), Bracknell (RG12 1RF), or London (W10 5BN), a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues. The other two days can be worked from a location of your choosing, whether that’s another office, a cafe, or at home.

If you want to join a high-performing, dynamic, and proactive team of change experts where we make a difference, we’d like to hear from you!
