Overall Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a highly capable and self‑driven Change Support Analyst to join a critical team focused on integrating generative AI tools (alongside our proprietary in‑house AI tools) into core business functions. This high‑impact, fast‑paced contract requires organizing, documenting, and analysing, with immediate contribution to project milestones and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the implementation team integrating Generative AI tools (CoPilot, ChatGPT) and automation solutions (UiPath). Existing knowledge of these tools is vital for effective collaboration.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives by performing detailed process mapping and documenting existing and future‑state workflows.
  • Support system analysis efforts, focusing on documenting processes and providing analytical insight to inform implementation strategy.
  • Execute crucial data analysis (no coding required) on large datasets, utilizing Microsoft Excel and CoPilot to help the team make informed decisions.
  • Analyse data across 20 critical product validation points to support the quality assurance and operational readiness of new AI products.
  • Support the project management team by assisting with planning of milestones, tracking progress, and ensuring project documentation is current and complete.
  • Produce high‑quality project documentation, including drafting and finalising detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing support to users and running training sessions to facilitate adoption of new tools and processes.

  • You are expected to be the source of immediate expertise, joining the team ready to provide guidance without the need for an initial formal training period.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable track record of hitting the ground running and providing immediate, impactful support in a demanding project environment.
  • Strong practical knowledge of or comfort level with Generative AI tools (e.g., CoPilot, ChatGPT, etc.) and/or process automation tools (e.g., UiPath).
  • Expert proficiency in Data Analysis, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and using data to support decision‑making.
  • Exceptional skills in Process Mapping and creating detailed Project Documentation (e.g., SOPs).
  • Proven experience supporting a Project Manager or Change Management team, including task tracking and planning support.
  • Results‑oriented and able to clearly articulate how support efforts are contributing to the team's demonstration of value.

Highly Desirable

  • Previous or current professional experience within Barclays.
