Overview
The Channel Partner Manager - Middle East & Africa drives sales and customer satisfaction by developing and managing Molecular Devices' channel partner network in the Middle East and Africa. This role supports existing partnerships and regions where Molecular Devices currently has no distribution presence. The role reports to the Senior Manager Western Markets Distribution and is fully remote, based in the United Kingdom, with travel to the region.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Champion the full innovative solutions portfolio from Molecular Devices to deliver high-impact solutions that address each customer’s critical business needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, order management, technical support, and service to ensure a positive customer experience, align internal processes, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain open communication to meet customer expectations and drive satisfaction.
- Lead commercial growth across distribution regions by driving strategic partner management, delivering impactful training programs, and fostering collaboration to empower channel partners and achieve sustained business success.
- Engage directly with customers, fostering trust and understanding to deliver solutions aligned with their research goals.
- Enable customers to achieve success in their pursuit of scientific discovery.
Qualifications
- A proven background in channel partner management, applications support, business development, or technical sales in the life sciences industry.
- Aptitude for self-directed learning with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced degree or bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience in biological sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.
Travel & Environment
- Willing to travel internationally overnight up to 50% to customer sites, channel partner locations, or Molecular Devices global offices to drive business success and strengthen relationships.
Preferred/Additional Experience
- Multimode Microplate Reader applications.
- Experience with Molecular Devices Solutions preferred.
- Working in multicultural or international environments across various time zones.
