What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute a strategic partner plan with clear objectives, initiatives, and revenue targets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage key partnerships with consulting firms, SIs, MSPs, and ISVs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and Product Management to deliver GTM initiatives.
- Lead regular pipeline reviews and performance tracking to align with KPIs and ROI.
- Deliver technical and sales enablement programmes, including partner certifications and training.
- Represent the business at partner events, webinars, and executive briefings.
- Manage complex partner negotiations, engaging with legal, finance, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Present business reviews to senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Drive cloud and AI project pipeline development through proactive partner engagement.
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years’ experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management within cloud or enterprise software.
- Proven track record in quota-carrying roles, exceeding targets, and scaling partner ecosystems.
- Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Experience working with System Integrators and Consulting Companies on co-selling, solution development, and GTM.
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), and emerging technologies (AI advantageous).
- Degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Structured, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated approach.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Direct enterprise sales and GTM execution with global/regional partners.
- Strong network within the UK IT channel ecosystem.
- Understanding of partner funding programmes and ROI strategies.
- Experience building cloud or software partner programmes from the ground up.
