Exciting opportunity for a Charity lawyer to join a successful Private Client team Charities Solicitor- choice of various office locations (Cambridge, Milton Keynes, Northampton or Norwich) with hybrid working Client A successful, supportive and expanding UK law firm Role

• Creating, registering, closing and de-registering charitable entities
• Advising on trustee roles, charity mergers, asset transfers and regulatory issues
• Work collaboratively withproperty and employment teams on charity matters
• Liaising with the Charity Commission
• Engaging in business development activity

You

• 5+ years PQE with experience in dealing with charities of varying sizes
• Able to manage complexmatters with supervision where appropriate
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
