Location: Glasgow (Hybrid working available)

Salary: £53,655 – £62,299 + Many desirable employment benefits

Progression: Structured annual increases + 3.5% cost-of-living uplift from April 2026

We’re looking for an experienced Chartered Surveyor to lead a high-performing team in delivering a diverse portfolio of refurbishment, redevelopment, and new build projects. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading professional and technical teams to deliver capital projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Managing a multi-million-pound capital investment plan.
  • Driving innovation in redevelopment, repurposing, and rationalisation of property assets.
  • Overseeing procurement, supply chain management, and compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Providing strategic advice to senior stakeholders and representing the organisation externally.
  • Championing health & safety and risk management across all projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing complex construction projects and capital plans.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Professional membership (e.g. RICS, RIAS, RIBA, APM, IOB).
  • Commercially savvy with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.

Desirable Extras

  • PRINCE2 or LLM in Construction Law.
  • Experience with BIM/CAD and Microsoft Project.
  • Public sector procurement knowledge.
