Location: Glasgow (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £53,655 – £62,299 + Many desirable employment benefits
Progression: Structured annual increases + 3.5% cost-of-living uplift from April 2026

We’re looking for an experienced Chartered Surveyor to lead a high-performing team in delivering a diverse portfolio of refurbishment, redevelopment, and new build projects. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading professional and technical teams to deliver capital projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Managing a multi-million-pound capital investment plan.
- Driving innovation in redevelopment, repurposing, and rationalisation of property assets.
- Overseeing procurement, supply chain management, and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Providing strategic advice to senior stakeholders and representing the organisation externally.
- Championing health & safety and risk management across all projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing complex construction projects and capital plans.
- Strong leadership and team management skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Professional membership (e.g. RICS, RIAS, RIBA, APM, IOB).
- Commercially savvy with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
Desirable Extras
- PRINCE2 or LLM in Construction Law.
- Experience with BIM/CAD and Microsoft Project.
- Public sector procurement knowledge.
