Responsibilities

• Lead on both residential and commercial surveys, with a focus on listed and historic buildings.
• Deliver high-quality reports within 5 days of inspections.
• Communicate clearly with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
• Work independently with a pragmatic, solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Contribute to educating and empowering clients as part of the firm\'s commitments.

Qualifications

• MRICS accreditation with at least 5 years of industry experience.
• Specialist knowledge of listed and historic buildings.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a professional, client-focused approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
