Responsibilities

  • Shaping the Future of AI: take charge of advancing the technical edge of AI processors, focusing on core technologies driving NPU chips and directing ground-breaking innovations.
  • Strategizing for Global Impact: craft and steer comprehensive evolution strategies and roadmaps to chart the company’s dominance in the AI system domain.
  • Integrate Cutting-Edge Technologies: lead the integration of AI sub-domains including memory hierarchy, interconnect topology, application algorithms, frameworks, runtime environments, modelling, simulation, SDKs and compilers from a system-centric view to a competitive end-to-end architecture.
  • Lead in AI Evolution: stay ahead of AI industry and technology trends, understand and predict future AI applications and algorithms, and develop key technical architectures for foundational AI software and hardware addressing usability and performance in comprehensive AI solutions.
  • Guide and Inspire Technical Teams: orchestrate the lifecycle management of complex technical projects, leverage global resources to enhance outcomes, and shape overall architectural design and project execution.

We Seek

  • Visionaries with experience optimizing AI chip architectures and systems, with capabilities spanning applications to software to chips.
  • Knowledge of AI industry applications and trends, ability to navigate evolving mainstream AI models and algorithm trends, and to discern chip-layer requirements for innovative processor development.
  • Mastery in Technical Problem-Solving, including bottlenecks in challenging domains such as NLP and large-scale AI models.
  • Pioneers in Strategic Development and Innovation, guiding planning and architectural design for cutting-edge chip technologies and foundational system software.
  • Experience in enhancing software usability.
  • Proficiency across AI sub-fields including application algorithms, frameworks, runtime, modelling, simulation and compilers.
  • Track record of transforming academic research into commercial successes.
