Overview
The Vacancy
Following the merger between Paradigm and Settle, we are creating a stronger housing association serving over 30,000 homes across the Southeast and East of England. We are seeking a visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join our Executive Team to shape the digital future of a newly merged organisation, driving innovation, integration, and resident-focused service delivery. You will shape our integration programme, ensuring systems and services are aligned, agile, and future-ready.
We are looking for a strategic leader with deep expertise in IT, data analytics, and performance frameworks. You will bring experience of leading complex change in a regulated environment, and a passion for using technology to enhance customer and colleague experiences. Your ability to influence at Board level, inspire high-performing teams, and deliver robust, resident-focused solutions will be key to your success. As we begin work on our next Corporate Plan (2026 onwards), your leadership will help us navigate opportunities and challenges ahead, including those arising from the wider political and economic landscape. If you are excited by the opportunity to lead digital transformation in a newly merged, ambitious housing group, we would be delighted to receive your application.
