Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for a Chief Legal Officer located in London, with the opportunity to work from home for some tasks. The Chief Legal Officer will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company, providing legal advice, ensuring corporate governance, handling labor and employment law matters, and addressing any legal issues that arise. The role requires a proactive approach to managing legal risks and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations as well as introductions to other solicitors in support of the eventual sale of the NestLink service. QualificationsExpertise in ConveyancingSQE QualificationExperience in Corporate LawKnowledge of Labor and Employment LawStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in the PropTech or real estate industry is a plus RemunerationRemuneration will be contract based and/or partial equity based depending on individual candidates and experience.
