Your exact responsibilities will depend on the priorities of the Talent, People Operations, and People Administration teams and may vary widely. What will remain constant, however, is the highly hands-on nature of the work—you’ll be deeply involved in the day-to-day challenges that matter most.Recent graduates and early-career professionals with outstanding credentials are especially encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of key people projects, e.g., design and roll out a new talent review framework, coordinate an international relocation program, or manage the people-integration plan for an acquisition. Support executive decision-making, e.g., prepare structured materials on hiring funnel performance, analyze applications data, or recommend changes to compensation policies. Represent the CEO in people forums, e.g., attend leadership calibration sessions or HR strategy reviews—ask probing questions, summarize outcomes, and flag decisions. Dive into operational challenges, e.g., refine visa/relocation processes, streamline onboarding, or coordinate with Legal and Finance to improve employment policies.
