Responsibilities

  • Accounting. Support the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring precision across all financial records. Assist in reviewing and evaluating financial transactions to ensure compliance with GAAP.
  • Financial planning, reporting, and control. Contribute to comprehensive financial reports that provide insights into business performance and adherence to fiscal policies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support budgeting, track spending, and achieve financial objectives.
  • Financial due diligence and investor relations. Support the evaluation of target companies for acquisitions and restructuring. Assist in financial and tax due diligence, prepare board meeting documentation, and manage relationships with banks, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Audit preparation. Help establish and enhance internal controls to ensure financial integrity. Coordinate and facilitate both external and internal audit processes.
  • Equity plans. Administer and optimize equity plans, ensuring effective execution. Respond to employee equity queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Fiscal optimization. Identify fiscal incentives and contribute to designing the group’s intercompany flow strategy in alignment with broader financial goals.

Milan (Italy), London (UK), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland) or remote.
