Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Process Engineer at AtkinsRéalis. The responsibilities include overseeing process engineering projects, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance, and leading a team of engineers. The role is based in the London Area with flexible remote work options.

Qualifications

• Process Optimization, Process Engineering, and Project Management skills
• Experience in compliance with regulations and standards
• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the nuclear or energy industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field

Your purpose:

We seek a versatile individual with a clear vision for process-led project delivery, capable of managing multiple mid-size projects or a large, multidisciplinary team. You will work closely with clients on demanding issues and mentor colleagues.

Teams may be co-located or dispersed; we support flexible working across UK offices.
