Child Abuse Solicitor

A child abuse solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Legal 500 law firm based in Sheffield. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

My client is an award-winning law firm with an excellent reputation in the market. They are looking for a solicitor to join their nationally recognised child abuse department. They are at the forefront of seeking justice for survivors, working on ground-breaking and high-profile cases that regularly make national headlines. You'll be joining a passionate and experienced team committed to making a real difference to the lives of their clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases related to child sexual exploitation, grooming gangs and other child abuse cases.
• Serve as a fee‑earning solicitor responsible for managing cases from start to finish.
• Collaborate with the team and clients, with some office presence required for meetings and collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience working on abuse cases.
• All levels of PQE and experience are welcome – whether newly qualified or more senior.

Flexible Working

Possibility of remote working, with regular in‑person contact with the team and clients required.
