About the Role
As a Cisco Technical Success Manager, you'll use your technical expertise to guide customers through their Cisco Software adoption journey and drive long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, and Cisco teams to drive adoption and renewals.
- Engage directly with customers through meetings and calls, supporting adoption strategies and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Support Cisco partnership programs, audits, and contribute to team initiatives.
- Track customer progress, manage pipeline updates, and maintain data in CRM tools like Planhat.
- Participate in sales meetings to demonstrate post-sales value and contribute to large Cisco software accounts.
- Champion customer experience by aligning with Softcat's CSM methodology and seeking process improvements.
Requirements
- Confidence in supporting Cisco Security and Networking Software adoption with your technical knowledge.
- Proactive self-drive and engagement with customers.
- Comfort in customer-facing roles, both virtually and in person.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
