We're working with a respected multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Central London, currently seeking a Civil Engineering Team Leader to drive the delivery of infrastructure projects and lead a growing team of engineers and technicians.

About the Role

As the Civil Design Lead, you will:

  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
  • Lead the design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and regeneration sectors.
  • Oversee S278 highways schemes, S38 works, and drainage designs.
  • Engage in business development and build lasting client relationships.
  • Maintain technical oversight while driving strategic growth and project delivery.

About You

You're a civil engineering professional with:

  • Proven experience in private sector consultancy.
  • Strong technical knowledge of highways design (S278/S38) and drainage.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and project management experience.
  • A track record in business development and building client trust.
  • Chartered or working toward chartership (MICE or similar).
