Claims Oversight Manager - 6 Months FTC

Our role is to inspire courage, so tomorrow’s progress isn’t limited by today’s risks. You will play an influential role to ensure that managing agents provide a claims service that meets Lloyd’s expectations, supports syndicate performance and supports a culture of continuous claims improvement. This includes:* Making considered and risk-based decisions, ensuring that the right outcomes are achieved through effective oversight and collaboration with the wider Lloyd’s team.* Monitor MAs' adherence to the Lloyd’s Claims Principles, promoting a ‘best in class’ approach to Claims management, identifying and addressing potential claims performance risks, proactively intervening and escalating issues* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management at managing agents, the Corporation, and other key stakeholders* Communicate the results of qualitative assessments, fostering open and constructive dialogue* Utilise claims management information and data to elevate overall performance* Collaborate and provide quality assurance for claims-related reviews and thematic workTo deliver this role effectively you will need to be an excellent collaborator, able to balance strategic thinking with the ability to analyse and evaluate complex data sets to identify critical risk areas.
