Client Account Administrator

Be among the first 25 applicants. Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting clients? We’re looking for a Client Account Administrator to join our team in Sidcup DA15. This is a full-time, permanent office-based role.
As part of our growing consultancy, you’ll help organisations manage their health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) systems. You’ll assist clients with compliance needs, maintain client records, coordinate audits and reviews, handle queries, and support the operational and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct client onboarding and maintain client files
Arrange client reviews, site visits, audits, and follow-ups
Support internal operations and ensure efficient workflow
Assist with marketing activities including blogs, newsletters, and campaigns
Maintain internal registers, certification accounts, and documentation
Skills & Experience
Certificate or diploma in Business Administration (NVQ, BTEC, City & Guilds or equivalent)
3+ years in an administrative role, including at least 1 year in customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
Experience in digital marketing is a plus
