This pooled role supports a range of advisers and administrators, ensuring seamless delivery of client reviews, documentation, new business processing, and compliance liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage annual reviews and complex charges data
- Prepare files before and after client meetings
- Liaise across teams to execute workflow tasks
- Oversee documentation via portal systems and DocuSign
- Ensure database accuracy and contribute to fee resolution
Your Profile:
- 1-2 years in financial services admin or sales support
- Progression toward a financial planning diploma (preferred)
- Tech-savvy with MS Office, Teams, and CRM systems
- Organised, client-focused and a true team player
