A global property consultancy, expanding its data capabilities is in search of a Client Data Analyst with fantastic communication skills and a creative flair for visualising data.
Working alongside a Data Analyst, supported by the wider Data and Analytics Team the role will focus on the data capture, data management, and reporting on market activity.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Client Data Analyst to join our UK Occupier Strategy & Solutions (OSS) team. This pivotal role will support the growth of our UK occupier business through data-driven insights and strategic analysis.
Working closely with the Head of Client Data & Analytics, Head of UK OSS, and Head of Operations for UK OSS, you will also collaborate with our Business Development and Marketing teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape the strategic direction of our client data function and contribute to the expansion of our OSS capabilities.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a data management roadmap for UK OSS client data.
- Provide data-driven insights to support UK OSS leadership in strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Partner with Business Development to cleanse and leverage large datasets, maximising business opportunities.
- Ensure best practices in data analytics, working closely with the Head of Client Data & Analytics.
- Design, build, and maintain intuitive Power BI dashboards.
- Gather stakeholder requirements to identify KPIs and metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation checks.
- Support targeted marketing initiatives with data-driven insights.
- Maintain and evolve dashboards and data toolkits.
- Collaborate with the UK Marketing function across the OSS Global service line.
- What We're Looking For
- Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a data-focused role, ideally with CRM and/or marketing experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of data governance and quality management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and adapt to changing business needs.
- A passion for real estate and applying data to strategic decision-making.
- Motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail.
