Posting Description: Energy Transition Account Manager. Are you currently working as a client account manager/executive in the insurance sector? Have you gained experience working in the Carbon Capture and Hydrogen space? Are you looking for the next step in your career? Aon are currently recruiting for an Energy Transition Account Manager. Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of a business plan for Carbon Capture Usage and Storage (CCUS) and Hydrogen in conjunction with Team and Product Leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Accessible library of client facing product and marketing material.
  • Annual rolling plan for seminar and conference attendance and representation.
  • Market engagement, tracking and cascading market ESG strategies.
  • Identification and engagement with existing and emerging markets who can support new coverage concepts.
  • Marketing campaign responsibilities including website content, thought leadership papers, LinkedIn articles, flash news and colleague cascade and sharing.
  • Targeted strategy for CCUS (T&SCo and Emitters) and Hydrogen.
  • Embedding Energy Transition into the regional sales process and networking conversations.
  • Training and upskilling of colleagues to interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Develop prospect pipeline and manage live opportunities.
  • Identify, prioritise and lead ET product development.
  • Represent ANR London as an internal and external expert on Carbon Capture and Hydrogen.
  • Lead and support high value client interactions and key market interactions.
  • Lead and support product development and articulation.
  • Liaise with other Aon stakeholders.

Skills and experience

  • Demonstrate experience or knowledge in advising and consulting with clients in all aspects of Carbon Capture and Hydrogen.
  • Experience working in a diverse team.
  • Project management skills, working to deadlines and delivering results.
  • Ability to develop and implement an effective business plan in cooperation with Product leaders; strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the Insurance Industry.
