We are seeking a Client Engagement Associate to join a technology company specializing in FX, payments, and settlement on a permanent basis in London (2 days a week in the office). The role offers a base salary of up to £55,000.

This individual will support the Client Engagement team with daily activities and business management tasks, focusing on client service, data management, and reporting. Key responsibilities include assisting with SEC and KPI reporting, maintaining client data, and supporting internal documentation and communications.

Qualifications

  • Proven client services experience within financial services
