Client Executive - Marine Hull

Are you passionate about Marine insurance and eager to build strong client relationships? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Executive to join our dynamic Hull Team. While relevant experience is preferred, we value a strong attitude, a proactive approach, and a hunger to learn and develop within a collaborative environment. In this role, you will work closely with a supportive team of professionals, helping to deliver exceptional service to our clients while driving growth and retention.
We will count on you to:
- Manage relationships with clients, prospects, and producers to deliver exceptional service and drive growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to execute on growth and retention strategies, meeting sales targets.
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, responding to complex needs and questions to enhance their experience.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Marine insurance industry, market trends, and ensure compliance with all standards.
- Liaise regularly with Underwriters via in-person meetings, phone, Zoom, and electronic trading platforms.
What you need to have
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to deliver great service to our clients.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
What makes you stand out
- Although not essential for the appropriate candidate, preferably a background in Marine Hull insurance.
- A proven ability to own and manage a client portfolio.
- Knowledge of other Marine insurance lines or related industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with insurance market conditions and cycles.
- A strong team ethic and a desire to continuously develop.
- Confidence with numbers and contract wordings.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
