Qualified Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Chartered Legal Executive – Client-Facing Role

My client, based in Manchester, is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified Solicitor (SRA), Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) from any legal background to join their team in a fully employed position—designed to provide an excellent work/life balance.

Contract Options:

• Full-time or part-time

This role involves working closely with the Head Office team while visiting clients in their own homes to obtain and witness the execution of legal documentation related to Equity Release. While recent property experience would be an advantage, it is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to witness and obtain execution of Equity Release legal documents.
• Conduct client meetings in line with SRA and Equity Release Council guidelines.
• Address and resolve any client concerns or obstacles during appointments.
• Communicate with Head Office to manage any unforeseen issues.
• Ensure all signed documentation is promptly returned to the office.
