The Role

We’re looking for a Client Finance Manager to help us deliver a best-in-class finance function to our clients. This role combines technical finance expertise with client-facing leadership, giving you the opportunity to make a tangible impact on growing businesses. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, lead a team of Finance Associates, and ensure our reporting, compliance, and operational workflows run smoothly. What You’ll Do

  • Lead client reporting across P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, and key metrics
  • Oversee payroll and supplier payment runs
  • Ensure HMRC and Companies House compliance
  • Partner with clients to interpret financials and achieve their goals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Guarantee data accuracy and first-time-right delivery
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Finance Associates
  • Implement quality control and process improvements
  • Drive efficiency and innovation in how we operate

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified or Finalist Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Strong financial literacy and experience in bookkeeping/accounting
  • Leadership experience managing teams (remote team experience is a bonus)
  • Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Process-driven with a knack for spotting improvements
  • Excited by technology’s role in transforming finance
  • Thrives in high-growth or fast-paced environments
