Purpose of the Job

This role supports the planning, delivery and execution of client facing projects to deploy HH Global solutions. The role will incorporate projects for both new clients and the growth and expansion of existing client services within our portfolio.

You will participate in the coordination of project resources, the creation and maintenance of project documentation, status reporting and stakeholder management, helping to ensure a smooth and successful transition as HH Global’s products and services are introduced.

This role is based from the stated HH Global office(s) on a Hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project management support for pre-service assessments and implementation projects, contributing to a robust adherence to defined processes and helping take colleagues and clients through a successful transition
• Build and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in key projects
• Identify and understand client requirements and deliverables to help participate in the design, scoping and implementation of operationally efficient solutions for clients
• Help create process maps within Lucid Chart to document current and future processes, create and maintain project timelines, action logs and risk trackers in Smart Sheet or Microsoft office tools
• Continually look for inefficiencies and opportunities to improve or streamline business processes to improve overall workflow and client experience
• Create client facing project documentation and meeting minutes as well as clear and compelling presentations that align with the HH Global brand
• Potentially travel to and work on-site in various client locations during key stages of implementation

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• Bachelors’ level degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field is required
• Previous client and internal stakeholder work within a professional business environment is advantageous - excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with varying audiences
• Experience inand / or knowledge of broad project management methodologies is preferred
• Drive and passion with a desire to continuously hit goals and success
• Problem solver with a proactive inquisitive nature
• Fluent in business English - both written and verbal
• Highly proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel,Word and PowerPoint
• Must be legally authorised to work in the country where this vacancy is listed, without the need for current or future sponsorship from HH Global
