Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Leadership
Serve as the primary contact for senior client stakeholders across global and regional OOH briefs.
Develop deep relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on all things OOH.
Lead the development and presentation of strategic recommendations, ensuring alignment with client goals and KPIs.
Manage client expectations, objectives and timelines across all active business.
Strategy & Planning
Translate client briefs into robust, insight-driven OOH strategies that span multiple markets.
Stay ahead of emerging OOH trends and technologies.
Deliver superior OOH planning on both implementational and strategically led plan, driving insight, innovation and accountability.
Strategic, Commercial & Operational Excellence
Oversee campaign budgets, forecasting, and reporting across all assigned accounts.
Contribute to new business development and global pitch opportunities as required.
Key understanding of business and market conditions to ensure you are engaged to capitalise on the latest global media opportunities.
Understand the essential dynamics, drivers and strategies of your individual clients business.
Act as a resource to team members to discuss ideas and direction on an on-going basis; be accessible.
Empower and develop team on day to day business, ensuring quality output on every level.
Drive client service excellence and assist the Head of Global OOH in fostering a culture of outstanding client servicing.
Be an ambassador for dentsu OOH Global – both internally and externally, developing and building dentsu OOH Global brand reputation.
