Join Our Team as a Client Manager – Empowering Women in Manufacturing, Automotive & Life Sciences. Our Manufacturing, Automotive & Life Sciences (MALS) market unit is seeking a motivated and ambitious Client Manager—someone who is ready to lead with confidence and help shape the future of our business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships and driving growth in key areas of our client accounts, with the opportunity to expand our presence across the sector.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team of global delivery experts, solution architects, and client executives. We believe in lifting each other up, and you’ll receive the guidance and encouragement needed to succeed and grow in your role. You’ll report directly to the UK Client Partner and work closely with a network of professionals who value your voice and vision.
We’re especially interested in candidates with experience or a strong interest in the Life Sciences domain and a passion for emerging technologies.

- Drive delivery excellence by participating in reviews and ensuring we consistently exceed expectations.
Your skills and experience
- Team spirit and flexibility to support other deals outside of your area, when needed
- Experience in managing client relationships
- Knowledge around the relevant technology solutions, operating models and a view of business-critical outcomes and success factors
- A mix of commercial/business and consulting experience
- Experience working with commercial models, estimation techniques, pricing trends, and SOW documents
- Ability to innovatively and constructively challenge the status quo to drive forward the business
- Able to operate with a high degree of independence as well as being part of a team
- An understanding of Life science industry
Security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required. There are other criteria and checks required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
