Overview

Graduate Operations role within the Client Onboarding Team of a boutique investment company in West London - up to £37,000 plus benefits. Hybrid working.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact in the client journey, providing exceptional service.
• Review client documentation for opening new accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, AML requirements and KYC documentation.
• Act as a liaison between Compliance and Investment Managers, ensuring clients provide the correct documentation, chasing for missing items, and managing timelines and expectations.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail; comfortable dealing with large volumes of documentation and able to decipher and stay on top of changing financial regulation.
• No prior experience required but must be willing to learn and have an interest in compliance / KYC / financial regulations.
• Happy to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment and be highly organized to track the progress of each account.
• Graduate with interest or background in legal / compliance / financial regulation; ideally with 6-12 months’ office experience; able to communicate at a senior level in a diplomatic and professional manner.
