This is a hybrid position.

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Lead & Innovate: Build and execute growth strategies, securing new business opportunities in Banking & Financial Services
  • Develop & Deliver: Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from opportunity identification to contract close
  • Build & Strengthen: Cultivate long-term, trusted client relationships across the UK and Asia
  • Shape & Influence: Provide market insight and contribute to CGI’s strategic direction
  • Guide & Support: Lead, mentor, and develop teams while ensuring operational excellence
  • Manage & Optimise: Oversee financial and operational performance to achieve revenue and growth targets

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and operational management within Banking & Financial Services
  • Extensive experience managing senior client relationships and delivering growth
  • Strong understanding of UK and Asia banking markets, industry trends, and regulatory environments
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent leadership, influencing, and consultative selling skills
  • Experience in bid management, deal shaping, proposals, and financial modelling
  • Strong technical IT awareness with the ability to connect solutions to business outcomes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
