Overview

This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (Cardiff office with Wednesdays in the office), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this. There are two roles on offer, one permanent and the other a 12 month FTC. Salary: 23,000 - 25,000 per annum.

About the role: To educate, excite and inform your portfolio of businesses to make the most of their Which? Trusted Trader endorsement. Your main purpose will be to support businesses in becoming Champions of our Trusted Trader scheme, ensure we reduce consumer detriment across the UK, and retain your accounts by engaging them through effective account management.

Responsibilities

• Consistent ability to manage a busy administrative workload
• Ability to meet or exceed set targets and KPIs
• Demonstration of providing value to clients to ensure a successful ongoing relationship via emails and calls
• Manage and grow accounts with a focus on retention and client satisfaction
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Strong IT skills including Google Suite (including Gmail), Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Requirements

• Previous account management experience
• Previous selling experience
• Previous retention or objection handling experience
