Hybrid – 2 days per week in our Bristol office
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Full Time / Open to Flexi Hours over Monday to Friday

We’re currently on the lookout for a new client relationship executive!
We are looking for someone who enjoys multitasking and spinning multiple plates, working at a fast pace and has a high attention to detail.The role will focus on supporting our current clients and delivery team on a day-to-day basis, running meetings, managing contracts and project planning client requests and tasks. Alongside this, you will be using your customer service skills to hone your sales craft, working closely with our sales director - you will learn how to prospect, engage, and win your new clients!
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to build a career in client relationship management with a sustainability focus. You’ll play a key role in supporting both client-facing and internal operations, from managing project admin to engaging and winning new clients.
Managed by our seasoned CRM, you will gain first-hand insight into managing corporate and SME client relationships, project management, and identifying growth opportunities – all while receiving the mentorship and training needed to progress from various others in the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing current clients and maintaining strong relationships
- Create, QA, and distribute monthly client reports
- Support client calls: take minutes, log actions, and manage follow-ups
- Help draft proposals, Statements of Work, and client documentation.
- Prepare materials for project meetings, including kick-off and status decks
- Administer project boards in Monday.com (e.g. onboarding/closing projects)
- Monitor client SLA’s on the help desk and support with triaging and prioritisation
- Support the sales director with prospecting activities via LinkedIn, Email and Website
- Manage sales meeting minutes and create sales research decks
Learning & Development:
- Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve client satisfaction and project delivery
- Monitor and report on project progress and client satisfaction
- Receive mentoring, and access development resources (e.g. Udemy, IEMA, APM etc.)
About You:
We’re looking for someone enthusiastic and proactive, with a strong interest in customer service and project management.
- Passionate about learning and developing your career
- Proactive and hungry to learn and drive things forward
- Able to demonstrate experience of selling services (and/or) products from start to finish
- Able to demonstrate building customer relationships
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Be a confident communicator (both written and verbal)
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
