Client Services Executive - Wealth Management

A fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading independent financial advisory and wealth management firms.

We are looking for individuals who wish to grow with us in our Bromsgrove office, with hybrid working opportunities. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary and benefits.

This role is central to our business, providing exceptional administrative and technical support to our Financial Advisers and clients. You will ensure good outcomes and prioritize our clients in all actions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Liaison & Servicing: Act as the first point of contact for client queries, providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships across the business.
  2. Relationship Management: Collaborate with advisers to handle client requests efficiently, communicate clearly, and manage expectations effectively.
  3. Provider & Third-Party Communication: Liaise with providers and investment platforms to follow up on client requests and escalate when necessary.
  4. Administration Support: Support IFAs with form pre-population, AML procedures, fact finds, client review packs, research, illustrations, and new business submissions.
  5. Maintenance of Client Records: Ensure all client data is accurate and up-to-date.
  6. Continuous Process Improvements: Seek ways to improve internal processes for better client outcomes and suggest enhancements to stakeholders.
  7. Policies and Procedures: Adhere to internal policies and FCA guidelines.
