Client Service Specialist

Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently partnered with an established employee benefits consultancy that has a strong reputation in the market. We are supporting their search for a Client Service Specialist to join their team.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Deliver client support across PMI and related products such as dental, travel, EAPs, health screening, and cash plans.
2. Manage client queries efficiently and support consultants with renewals and insurer switches.
3. Ensure timely and accurate communication of scheme renewals and maintain MI reporting.
4. Support tenders and new business development.
5. Build strong relationships with insurers and internal teams.
6. Prior experience in PMI/Healthcare administration is required.
7. Maintain a strong attention to detail.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with a London office, with flexibility regarding attendance days.
