Client Services Director - Luxury Fashion/Lifestyle/Sports This studio, based in London and Berlin, is looking for a dedicated Client Services Director who has deep roots within the lifestyle/fashion/sports space. The role can be London-based with remote working and occasional travel to Berlin, or Berlin-based with three days a week in the studio. They are also open to Project Directors stepping up to a CSD level. Working across both the London and Berlin studios, you will:

Lead, develop and mentor the client services team, championing excellence and best practice Be the senior point of contact for clients, strategically advising them throughout the creative process, presenting the studio’s offering, and developing trusted partnerships with key stakeholders Oversee project timeframes, budgets and scopes to ensure timely, on-brief delivery Be commercially focused, identifying and targeting business growth opportunities to drive measurable ROI Collaborate with the entire studio, particularly two partners in London and the wider senior leadership team

To be considered, you’ll need;

Experience operating at the senior level within client services — ideally at the CSD level or on the cusp of stepping up Outstanding leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop a team The ability to work across multiple markets on high-profile, premium brands; experience in the lifestyle/sports/fashion space is essential for this role
