About The Role

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Team Manager to lead our Client Services department. This key leadership role will oversee daily operations, manage team leads and their direct reports, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. You’ll play a vital role in driving continuous improvement, fostering a positive team culture, and helping us deliver on key business objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for coaching and developing your team, overseeing performance and compliance, and ensuring processes are followed efficiently and accurately. You’ll be hands-on in managing day-to-day operations while providing strategic insights to senior leadership. Collaboration will be central to your role, as you work closely with stakeholders across the business to enhance our services, resolve client issues, and embed a culture of learning, accountability, and teamwork.

You are a confident and capable leader with a strong background in managing teams within service-led or operational environments. You bring excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, and thrive in a role where you can motivate others, drive performance, and deliver high standards of service. With a client-focused mindset, you’re adept at managing relationships, resolving conflicts, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

You’ll have a proven track record in leading people and delivering results in a busy, deadline-driven setting. You’re comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders, delivering insights through reports or presentations, and you understand the importance of structured feedback and continuous improvement. What matters most is your ability to lead with integrity, manage change effectively, and support your team’s success through hands-on guidance and strategic thinking.
