Teranode Group, Hyperloop Solutions, is seeking a Client Services Specialist who can provide hands-on support to users and is responsible for resolving technical and service support requests. This role involves deploying Desktop/Laptop Computers, Monitors, Printers, and other endpoint devices, delivering world-class support for clients. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment delivering services via phone, e-mail, monitoring systems, and in person. The role reports to the Client Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective ongoing support for all systems in use by the Company.
  • Take ownership of issues by diagnosing and analyzing problems to restore critical services with minimal downtime.
  • Deploy desktop, laptop, and other endpoint configurations to support the organization’s objectives.
  • Manage desktop platforms and peripherals to ensure optimal availability and cost-efficiency.
  • Research technologies and test their potential benefits to the organization.
  • Take ownership of cases and ensure escalation procedures are followed until resolution.
  • Timely and accurate updates to documentation, knowledge base, ticketing system, and IT tools.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software tickets, including Windows/Mac, Citrix, iOS and Android devices.
  • Maintain printers, copiers, devices and other IT equipment.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality and customer service.
  • Maintain high-level customer service, ensuring users are treated professionally at all times.
  • Adhere to a hybrid working model with in-office work in London three days a week.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in IT/Computer Science/InfoSec or related IT field.
  • ITIL Certification V3 is an advantage.
  • 1-2+ years of IT Desktop/Helpdesk support experience.
  • Experience with client-based & shared services applications is a plus but not required.
  • Understanding of network topology and infrastructure is advantageous.
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and M365 is advantageous.
  • Experience using ITSM tools is advantageous.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop/endpoint devices and printers.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven integrity and high ethical standards.
