Job Opportunity: Client Services Specialist

Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently partnered with an established employee benefits consultancy seeking a Client Services Specialist to join their Group Risk team.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Supporting consultants with managing their portfolio of clients
2. Being the main point of contact for client queries
3. Obtaining insurance quotes & producing reports for the consultants

Additional Details:

• This role offers a hybrid working arrangement in either Manchester or Redhill.
• Must have prior group risk experience.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
