As a Client Services Team Coach in our South West/South Wales Relationships team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the client experience—supporting your team to deliver with empathy, precision, and professionalism.This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance day-to-day client servicing with coaching and leadership responsibilities. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for clients and colleagues alike, helping to drive performance, manage workflow, and foster a collaborative team culture. Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
