The Client Solutions Manager for Meta’s Global Business Group team partners with our most strategic clients to make sure they are successful with Meta. This is an outstanding opportunity to be at the center of some of Meta's most important commercial relationships in Türkiye. The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything they do. This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, advertiser education, and satisfaction in innovative ways, and leveraging data-driven insights for our customers. You should have a passion for Meta and the overall marketing ecosystem. Success in this position requires consultative sales and analytical skills, experience in working with large data sets to identify performance patterns and translate into solutions, working with internal cross-functional partners, and the drive to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. This role will be located at our office in London

Required Skills:

Client Solutions Manager, Mobile Apps Türkiye Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners

  2. Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership

  3. Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client\'s marketing objectives

  4. Build and manage relationships with key clients, ecosystem partners (media, ad-tech, creative, marketing etc.)

  5. Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals

  6. Conduct data analyses to guide client strategy, which may include setting up dashboards to detect performance patterns and translate them into actionable insights

  7. Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and co-manage complex work streams

  8. Flawless management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)

  9. Act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action

  10. Be an active contributor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team goals and development

  11. Open to travel frequently

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Fluency in English and Turkish

  2. Mobile App, Gaming or eCommerce hands-on startup, scaleup or enterprise experience

  3. Experience as a Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger user and knowledge of Meta’s ad products

  4. Understanding of attribution modelling /measurement

  5. Experience working with tools, analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights

  6. Practicla knowlegde how to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, using tools

  7. Experience in managing complex projects and work streams with minimal direction with a high attention to detail

  8. Experience working with cross-functional teams

  9. Consistently demonstrate level of integrity and ownership

  10. Communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team

  11. Consultative selling skills

  12. Adapting to changing priorities and requirements, and to pivot quickly when necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Designed and built end-to-end systems and launch-plan strategies

  2. Experience with coding and Meta APIs

  3. Experience with AI prompt engineering, GenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning (ML), etc

  4. Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences

  5. Understanding of ad tech ecosystem and digital media platforms

  6. International work experience

  7. BA/BS degree in a engineering or marketing field
