Intapp is a Nasdaq listed enterprise software house providing AI enabled SaaS solutions to over 2650 legal, accounting, consulting and financial services firms. We have teams across the US, UK Europe and Singapore. This is a new opportunity for you to join our friendly team based in the City of London to join our Client Success team supporting our clients using our multi-award-winning DealCloud product.

The Client Success team handle client inquiries and add-on projects while providing a high level of technical support to the Intapp user community. The Analyst will ensure all high priority issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

What you will do

  • Consultative Support: the Analyst is expected to fully learn the DealCloud platform and services, and will be responsible for offering client best practices and a consultative approach to ongoing client support.
  • Client Education: assist clients with questions regarding training, platform configuration, workflow and new processes.
  • Client Satisfaction and Product Adoption: the Analyst must ensure that his/her assigned clients are “raving fans” of the product, service and company. You will analyze success metrics to determine adoption trends and collaborate with the Client Advisory team on how to improve adoption for specific clients.
  • Quality: the Analyst will be responsible for delivering an exceptional level of solution quality in the eyes of our clients.

What you will need:

  • Client Success or Technical/Product Support experience required.
  • Strong Excel skills and competency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite required.
  • An undergraduate business, computer science degree or other related degrees or experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work effectively in partnership with clients.
  • Superior troubleshooting, evaluative, and technical problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and a “whatever it takes to get it done” mentality.
  • Willingness to roll-up your sleeves to get the job done while contributing to the overall success of the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and is an effective planner.
  • Experience working with or a proven interest in private capital markets/financial services would be ideal.
