Leaders in Positioning, Flow, and Tactical Macro Expertise
Vanda is an independent research firm providing highly tactical macro strategy insights and real-time positioning and flow data. No one understands positioning like we do, and no one has the data—or the expertise—to turn it into actionable insights like Vanda. Our proprietary platforms equip investors with the edge they need to make smarter trades and drive superior returns.
Now, we’re looking for a Client Success Associate to join our growing team. This role is key to ensuring our existing clients gain maximum value from their Vanda services, from onboarding to renewal, while strengthening long-term relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Client Success Associate, you will be the go-to contact for our current client base, ensuring they are set up for success at every stage of their journey with Vanda. You’ll work closely with the Sales team, who own the commercial relationship, to deliver a best-in-class client experience, while maintaining a highly process-driven approach to onboarding, adoption, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
·Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth implementation of Vanda’s data and research services.
·Monitor client engagement and usage data, identifying opportunities to improve adoption and proactively address potential issues.
·Conduct regular check-ins and product training to help clients get the most value from their subscriptions.
·Collaborate with the sales team to support renewal discussions and upsell opportunities.
·Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking all interactions and client feedback.
·Work with internal teams to channel client feedback into product improvements.
Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in client success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role – ideally within a data, SaaS, or financial research environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage confidently with professional investors and institutional clients.
- Highly process-driven, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM tools to track client interactions and outcomes. (Experience with Hubspot is preferred.)
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Understanding of financial markets—positioning, flows, or macro strategy knowledge is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
Why Join Vanda?
We’re changing the game in investment research—not another long-term fundamental macro shop, but a pioneer in tactical macro and positioning expertise.
Best-in-class positioning and flow data—constantly evolving, with new data sets rolling out every month.
Global presence, real-time insights—offices in Singapore, London, and New York, providing round-the-clock market intelligence.
Innovative culture—we invest in data, technology, and talent to deliver cutting-edge insights to institutional investors.
Expert cross-asset research team—former sell-side and buy-side professionals with real risk allocation experience.
What We Offer
Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
Private Healthcare and Pension options
Hybrid work—3 days in our London office, 2 days remote
Learning & development—mentorship, training courses, and industry conferences
Team culture & social events—monthly Barry’s Bootcamp sessions, regular team socials, yearly offsites, and more
