Works closely with: Sales Director, Land Team

Location: London/ 1 day a week from home

The Role

We’re hiring a commercially minded, detail-oriented Client Success Lead to ensure our clients are consistently satisfied, engaged, and receiving strong value from our team. You’ll work alongside the Land and Operations team, acting as the bridge between client needs and delivery performance. Your role is to coordinate and track delivery, ensure alignment with client expectations, and drive client success. This is a delivery-focused, client-facing role that blends project coordination, customer success, and commercial awareness. You won’t be responsible for site acquisition — but you will ensure it’s being done at the right volume, in the right areas, and in line with what the client expects.

Key Responsibilities

Client Success

  • Serve as the primary non-technical point of contact for clients
  • Monitor the effectiveness and consistency of each client campaign
  • Ensure feedback loops are in place and acted on
  • Lead or coordinate regular check-ins and reporting with clients
  • Maintain oversight of retention risk and satisfaction levels
  • Ensure appropriate client engagement and communication cadence

Campaign Coordination

  • Track campaign goals, timelines, and live progress
  • Work with the Land Director and Senior Land Manager to course-correct campaigns when needed
  • Ensure internal teams stay aligned with client expectations and contract scope

Commercial Support

  • Support pricing reviews, re-scoping discussions, and upsell opportunities
  • Contribute to campaign reporting and performance overviews
  • Collaborate with Sales to help transition new clients smoothly into delivery

About You

Must-Have

  • Experience in client-facing roles such as Customer Success, Project Coordination, or Delivery Management
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple projects and timelines at once
  • Commercially aware — comfortable with contracts, renewals, and value conversations
  • Great communicator, both written and verbal
  • Able to build strong working relationships with internal teams and clients alike
  • Understanding of B2B service or subscription-based business models

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with land, planning, real estate, or property development
  • Background in a startup or fast-paced delivery environment
