KAYAK, part of Booking Holdings (NASDAQ: BKNG), is the world's leading travel search engine. KAYAK is seeking a highly motivated Client Success Manager to work exclusively with our digital advertising partners. This position will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve the client's performance and success and drive renewal. This is a Paternity Cover role for 15 months, based in London and we expect candidates to commute to the office 3 times per week.
This role will work closely with KAYAK's ad sales and commercial teams in an agile, data-driven environment. You are a self-starter who can thrive in a dynamic setting and have a deep understanding of the digital advertising space and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage the communication and relationships of advertising campaigns
- Deliver high-impact projects and campaigns
- Analytically track and optimize campaigns to best meet client goals and objectives
- Collaborate with the sales team to build and maintain relationships with clients, including ongoing strategic consultation and support
- Provide optimization recommendations and assist with deck creation
- Create and present post-campaign wrap-up reports
- Clearly communicate campaign progress to clients and internal stakeholders
- Handle multiple priorities with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
- 3+ years of experience in managing digital advertising accounts, integrated marketing campaigns, or client-direct relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Solid understanding of the online media industry
- Strong analytical ability and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media buying platforms is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; good sense of humor
