Client Success Manager

Activity Stream is seeking an energetic and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our expanding team on a fixed‑term one year contract. A successful CSM guides existing clients to maximize the value they get from our products, analysing their needs and business processes to provide tailored advice on optimising their workflows.

The role combines consultancy, training, support, and project management. Through dedication, meticulous follow‑up, and proactive approach, CSMs stay informed about client needs and expectations and ensure projects are delivered on time, as well as identify opportunities that benefit both the client and the company, without focusing primarily on sales.

What will you be doing?

  • Leading the client onboarding process, including managing the project, training staff, and deploying our solutions.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships.
  • Driving product adoption by ensuring clients are using the features that bring the most value.
  • Managing and prioritising client inquiries, providing timely and efficient support.
  • Acting as the voice of the client internally by sharing insights, feedback, and product improvement requests with product and development teams.
  • Helping to produce content, such as help articles, videos or other material to help clients use our products more effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working in or with live entertainment venues or working with an entertainment ticketing system.
  • Ability to anticipate client issues and address them before they become problems.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, workflows, and product updates and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Capable of working remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Comfortable presenting to clients, leading meetings, and delivering training or product demos.

Nice to Haves

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic language
  • Experience as a client success manager or customer support representative with an event management or ticketing SaaS product
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot or similar) and Google Workplace (Drive, Sheets)
