Client Support Administrator

We're looking for a Client Support Administrator to join our team to support service delivery and day-to-day office operations.
What does this role involve?
As a Client Support Administrator, you will join the operations team working alongside colleagues in your location hub to ensure service delivery in line with the company’s culture and core values of trust, partnership, and inclusivity.
Teamwork
You will support the client delivery teams in all administrative and day-to-day operational matters, working collaboratively across the whole team. You will manage meeting room bookings and coordinate client meetings for team members.
You will ensure all work within the typing pool is properly scheduled and delivered on time, arrange timely submission of financial statements and other documents with relevant regulatory bodies, complete relevant forms per our standard operating procedures, and keep systems up to date.
You will maintain public areas and greet visitors, as well as operate the main telephone line for any inbound external calls.
